Information you submit
The form collects your name, email, business name, industry, annual sales range and state. Phone is optional. The page you submitted from is recorded with the request.
We use this information to process the request and introduce you to an independent business valuation partner. Do not include passwords, banking details or confidential customer records.
Processing and sharing
Requests are processed through our lead system and may be shared with the valuation partner for a response. That partner may have its own privacy practices for subsequent services.
The lead system uses a keyed hash of the visitor’s IP address for abuse prevention. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information when delivering this site.
Analytics and browser storage
Cloudflare may provide aggregate website analytics. The valuation popup uses browser session storage to avoid appearing repeatedly in the same session. Google Fonts supplies the website typefaces.
We do not claim that email or website submissions are a secure document room. Discuss a suitable way to share financial records with the partner before sending them.
Questions or correction requests
Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Describe your request without adding sensitive financial documents.
